You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at vote@imgkits.com. After the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged on the next billing cycle. You will continue to have the benefits of your current subscription until it expires.

You can check your credit by hovering over your user avatar in the top-right corner of the screen

Subscription Plan Credits: No, unused credits from your monthly or annual plan do not roll over to the next billing cycle. We recommend using your credits within the current subscription period to maximize their value

Purchased Add-on Credits: In contrast, any add-on credits you purchase separately do not expire. They will remain in your account until they are used

Usage Priority: Please note that when you use the service, credits from your subscription plan will always be used first, before any of your purchased add-on credits are consumed

For users on our Free plan: You can upgrade your plan to get more credits

For users with an active subscription: You can purchase additional credits on-demand from our Pricing page

No, there are no hidden fees. All prices are listed on our Pricing page and are transparent

You can request a refund within the 3 days of your first purchase if you have not used more than 30 credits
