Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation Policy
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will maintain access to the service until that date.
- No Extra Fees: There are no cancellation fees for ending your subscription.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy depends on the type and timing of your subscription:
Annual or Long-Term Subscriptions:
- 15-Day Full Refund Window: If you cancel your annual or longer subscription within 15 days after the charge date, you may request a full refund.
- Cancellations made after the 15-day period are non-refundable.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- 7-Day Full Refund Window: If you cancel your monthly subscription within 7 days after the charge date, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After the 7-day period, cancellations are non-refundable. Your service access will continue until the end of the current term.
Pay-As-You-Go (Credits) Policy:
- Refunds for Pay-As-You-Go purchases are strictly limited to the unused portion of the credits purchased. Used credits are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- If the service experiences a major, continuous failure due to our fault, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a pro-rated partial refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only applicable if you meet the criteria outlined above), please:
- Send an email to vote@imgkits.com.
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]".
- In the email body, please provide your account information and the reason for the refund.
Our team will review and process the request within 3 business days of receipt.
